王瀚增，男，1990年生人，农学博士，中共党员，毕业于东北林业大学林木遗传育种国家重点实验室，现任农学院园林专业教师、系主任。吉林省科技特派员。主要从事非生物胁迫下园林植物分子育种的研究工作。主持国家级科研项目1项，主持吉林省科技厅科技发展计划项目、吉林省“三区人才”项目和校级科研项目各1项。先后在《Plant Biotechnology Journal》《Forests》《Peerj》《Frontiers in Plant Science》《Genes》等期刊，以第一作者发表SCI学术论文9篇,累计影响因子50.374。
